there is no need to use poison products that harm your body!
the practice of “oil pulling” whitens your teeth.. google it.
i used to do that then brush with ordinary soap together with a bit of baking soda; then simply rinse with hydrogen peroxide afterward. while keeping up this routine, my teeth went white as office paper.
and theres no pain like those expensive treatments products.

I used hydrogen peroxide when I brush my teeth I would dip the brush in baking soda and then poor some peroxide on the brush then a little more baking soda then brushed them then i would use a normal toothpaste my teeth are very white and healthy looking would you say that is fine for me to be doing? I brush my teeth day then night for about 10 minutes
